Returns
Please contact Teescape by email: support@teescape.com before returning items, and always include your order number in the package with the returned item.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Only defective or damaged items or items with poor-quality printing will be eligible for returns or exchanges. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@teescape.com and send your item to: Midwest Custom Shirts, 636 River Dr., PO Box 37, Princeton, IA 52768.

In most cases, Teescape will replace defective garments, defective printing, the wrong garment, or the wrong print, simply by receiving a photograph showing the problem with the shirt and including the order number. It is very rare that Teescape will ask a garment to be sent back.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Midwest Custom Shirts, 636 River Dr., PO Box 37, Princeton, IA 52768

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
